Hi there — thought it might be ok to say hi. Was browsing and thought your photography is amazing. You’re lucky to have such a beautiful landscape to capture! Anyway, hope you’re doing well and everything’s good.

Hey there! Glad you’re enjoying the photos… I have a long way to go, but every once in a while I get a good shot.
How’ve you been? Spencer is what, five years old now? Shoot me an email so we can catch up!
On the Doppler widget, the long range radar view is not offered–on the same NOAA page–this widget is used by MANY boaters here in the FL Keys–Thanks–Joe
Correct. I’ve considered adding support for the long-range views, but it’s not as simple as it seems.
Thanks for the info and I’ll add it to my DoppleViewer to-do list.
Matt, I am interested in writing scripts for iPods that are used with a Windows PC’s. Can you give me a pointer as to where I would start? Thanks, Chris.
Hi Chris,
I believe the place to start would be researching how to install Perl on a Windows machine… once you have Perl installed and can type ‘perl’ at the command line, it’s just a matter of using Notepad to write your scripts.
Hope that helps!
Hey-
Random question for you, how do you know Ryan Joseph? I happened to be looking at some of his pictures and saw a comment from you!
It was very surprising. So I thought I would check in and see what you are up to and how married life in Seattle is treating you.
Talk to you soon,
Malia
I had the same question for him when I saw you in some of his San Fran photos :-)
We had CSC 300 with Dr. Turner and did a group project together. Ryan’s a good guy and a lot of fun.
It’s nice to hear from you – it’s been a while!
Just wanted to say nice name, glad to know there is more of us out there.
