Carrots

On our way back from getting fresh vegetables, eggs, and milk this morning, we stopped by the Woodinville Farmer’s Market to pick up the rest of the ingredients we needed for my parents’ visit this week. What beautiful carrots we found!

Amanda went and picked up our first share of summer vegetables from The Root Connection co-op… what beautiful produce! She returned with turnips, bok choy, collared greens, several kinds of chard, herbs, and a ton of lettuce. It all looks delicious, and I foresee a lot of salad in our future…
